About

Grant graduated from Miami of Ohio in 2014 with a degree in Finance. He began his real estate career in 2016 when he joined 5Star Bank as a commercial real estate lender. While Grant was at 5Star Bank he assisted in the management of a loan portfolio of over $50 million.  Grant now specializes in office leasing both as a tenant and landlord representative, and investment acquisitions advisor.  His background in finance allows him to provide his clients sound leasing or acquisition advice (evaluate leasing costs, acquisition costs, bank fees & assistance on securing loans, landlord lease yield).  Grant currently represents over 1,500,000 SF of Class A office space and has sold over $22 million dollars’ worth of investment properties in 2025. With a broad client list, Grant has market expertise and knowledge on the entire office market.  Grant assisted in the leasing of over 450,000 SF over the last three years.
