PROJECT SUMMARY
The Colorado Aerospace Business Center (“CABC”) is a master-planned industrial and retail development positioned on ±31 acres at the northwest corner of Bradley Road and Foreign Trade Zone Boulevard in Colorado Springs, Colorado. The proposed building features 32-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinklers, 4,000-amp three-phase electrical service, and flexible dock-high and drive-in loading configurations.
