Mark Useman
Mark Useman has specialized in retail leasing, land sales, and
investment properties since 1986. Dealing on both local and
national levels, Mark has attained an unparalleled level of success
in locating sites for national box tenants, national and regional
restaurant chains, banks and convenience/ gas-food stores. He
has worked with numerous national tenants, facilitating their
expansion and relocation efforts in the Pikes Peak region.
Mark is responsible for the completion of many major retail
developments in the Colorado Springs, Monument, and Pueblo
area. In addition, he has assembled and sold numerous
retail land development sites for power center and strip center
locations as well as facilitated the disposition of over 70
shopping centers.
Prior to joining Colorado Springs Commercial, Mark was one of
the top five producers at Sierra Commercial Real Estate for 8
consecutive years and was also one of the top five producers at
Palmer McAllister for 15 consecutive years. Before his career
in commercial real estate, Mark spent five years as a senior
account manager with Control Data Corporation, where he
consistently exceeded his annual sales quota.
In 1992, he was designated Senior Marketing Consultant, an honor
awarded to less than 10 percent of the national sales force.
