Peter Scoville
Peter Scoville began his real estate career in 2000 and since
has become one of Colorado Springs' top producing office and
medical-office leasing and investment sales professionals.
After graduating from The Colorado College with a B.A. in English,
Peter has lived in Colorado Springs since 1994.
In 2009 Peter co-founded Colorado Springs Commercial, which is
part of the Cushman & Wakefield Alliance program. This
company is the top full-service real estate company in Colorado
Springs, with the flexibility of a small company and international
presence and market reach of Cushman & Wakefield.
In addition to managing the company with co-owner Greg Phaneuf,
Peter specializes in landlord representation, as well as tenant
representation in Office, Medical Office and R&D/Flex
properties with a primary focus on the northern "Class A" office
market. He has worked on behalf of many major real estate
companies and corporate occupiers such as Healthcare Realty Trust,
DPC Development, Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT), Patriot
Equities, and Crescent Real Estate.
Peter has brokered many of the city's largest and most
complicated office transactions including the sale of a 13-building
office portfolio of over $135MM in both 2013 and again in
2018. He and the Colorado Springs Commercial team have an
unrivaled understanding of the market through involvement with due
diligence, underwriting and valuation in these transactions as well
as the 60+ lease transactions he facilitates each year.

Peter spends his time away from work with his wife, son and
daughter skiing, boating, golfing, climbing, etc. With a
passion for flying and as an FAA rated Commercial Pilot he flies
regularly for business and with his family on their adventures.
