About

With over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate office and medical office leasing and sales, David Schroeder has established a reputation for delivering tailored real estate solutions to both landlords and tenants in the Colorado Springs market. Specializing in office spaces and medical facilities, David provides in-depth market insights and expert negotiation skills to help clients navigate the complexities of the ever-evolving commercial real estate market.  

Education

  • David received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from Fort Lewis College in 2011. He was 4-year member of the Varsity Golf Team and was named Team Captain and Dean's List recipient senior year. Post college, David played the professional golf tours from 2011-2014 which awarded him the opportunity to travel across the country for golf tournaments and events.
