Greg Phaneuf began his commercial real estate career in 1997 and focuses on landlord and tenant representation, as well as the disposition of investment properties in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Current landlord representation assignments exceed 2 million square feet of Class A office properties in the Central Business District and North I-25 suburban market. Greg opened the Colorado Springs Cushman & Wakefield office in the fall of 2008, and it is now the dominant brokerage firm in the city.
