Kathy Manchester

Kathy Manchester works with Principal's Peter Scoville and Greg Phaneuf as part of our office team.

Kathy is a Colorado Springs native, and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience having spent her entire career in commercial real estate. After beginning her career at a local property management and brokerage firm, Kathy took her talents International, managing over a million square feet of Class A office for global commercial juggernaut Cushman and Wakefield. Passionate about her work and her impact on the community, Kathy has a rare mix of small town hospitality and empathy, while having extensive knowledge of the processes and systems used by the biggest property management firm in the world to manage some of the biggest companies and Department of Defense contractors in the world.
